Teachers have an essential role in determining the success of education. Teacher performance is particular concern world This study examines influence madrasah principal leadership, work environment, and motivation on teacher performance. The research approach uses a quantitative with correlational type. population this were Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri teachers throughout Pidie Jaya Regency, Aceh Province. sampling technique purposive sampling. data collection questionnaire measured by Likert Scale. validity test was calculated comparing r-table at significant level 0.05 degrees freedom (n-2). reliability carried out using Cronbach Alpha. Data analysis used Partial Least Square to analyze outer Model, Inner Bootstrapping. results showed that leadership had positive effect motivation, environment has impact principal’s also teacher’s negative insignificant performance, while minor Another finding there no indirect between through motivation.
